New beach house in Narragansett, RI. We started with a very small lot just 50' x 100'. The zoning setbacks were very tight and could only occupy 25% of the property. The client wanted an open plan on the first floor so they could see the ocean at all times. The second floor included two bedrooms plus a master suite with a balcony overlooking the bay.
